Please note, this course does not focus on how to build workflows in monday.com. The first lesson of this course will provide you with some steps for setting up your user in your team's existing account.
In this lesson, we will dive into where you will manage your tasks, projects or processes in monday.com — the Boards. Plus, we will discuss best practices for working most efficiently. N.B. Every board will be unique to the workflow being managed in it. Training on the actual business processes and what's expected from you on each board should be provided by your account's champion or the workflow owner
In the final lesson of this course, we will explore how to communicate in monday.com. We'll also learn all about where you will be notified of activities in your account and updates by your teammates. Finally, we will learn about how to share and collaborate on files with your team.
